Step 1: Download and printout the Application Form or collect one from the Admissions
Office at Ekhlass International School.
Step 2: Bring along with the required documentation upon registering your child.
Step 3: To pay RM 200 non refundable Application Fees.
Step 4: English and Mathematics assessment will be scheduled for your child.
Step 5: Outcome of the assessment will be notified within 5 working days.
Step 6: Payment of registration fees must be made upon acceptance.
For Malaysian Citizens
For Non - Malaysian Citizens
1. A copy of both parents' Identity Card (IC).
2. A copy of student's birth certificate /
Identity Card (IC).
3. A copy of most recent school transcript.
4. A copy of school leaving certificate.
5. 6 copies of passport sized photograph.

1. A copy of student's passport and visa.
2. A copy of both parents' passport.
3. A copy of parents' visa. (if applicable)
4. A copy of parents' work permit
(if applicable)
5. A copy of most recent school transcript.
6. A copy of school leaving cwrtificate.
7. 6 copies of passport sized photograph.
